Volle zachte Rioja met een intense dieprode kleur. De geur is complex: een concentratie van zwarte bessenjam, wat rijp rood fruit en iets vanille en cacao. De textuur is fluweelachtig en romig en het hout en fruit zijn goed met elkaar geïntegreerd. De lange afdronk maakt deze modern gemaakte Rioja helemaal compleet. 

Past goed bij: kalfsvlees, pasta, tapas, worstjes, hamburgers, klein wild. Aanrader: In Bilbao koud gedronken bij de Pintxos!

Aged in perfumed new French oak, it has coffee bean and blood orange aromas, structured bramble and blackberry fruit and a chalky flourish."
